Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if an item arrives damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, please provide photo proof of the issue within 7 days of delivery. If we made an error with your order, we will gladly correct it at no additional inconvenience to you.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as received
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued promptly.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total
