This refillable chalk bag comes empty with a 2oz block of chalk that you can use to fill bag yourself.  There is a drawstring at the top of the bag, along with a carabiner you can use to clip to your bag or cart.  Fabric is 100% cotton that will allow chalk to sift through bag when using.
